Track Four
Out of the Box
Fresh ideas and approaches for Decision Making with William Rayburn, building bridges with Rob Owens and Plenty Bookshop with 50 leadership books. Or end the day with your own “out of the box” conversation in the conversation corner.

The ranch has 120 acres and raises approximately 150 Bison. The evening will consist of wagon rides around the fields, bison burgers, bonfire, and music. This is a great opportunity to network with fellow leaders!

COTS is a Cajun-themed all-you-can-eat yearly fundraiser for Putnam County Habitat for Humanity. For those that register for the conference you can add on a ticket for $30 where you will pick out an artesian bowl and fill it with unlimited chili, rice, and/or beans made from local businesses. Food booths are placed throughout the Cookeville square. Unlimited drinks and treats are also included. This event is a Habitat fundraising annual staple in Cookeville, TN and one you don’t want to miss. Conference attendees will have bowls delivered to the conference. The venue is right outside the conference doors.
