IMPACT Leadership – Assistant Executive Director

Rachel Smith is an ever growing and evolving member of the community. She is an Account Executive at Amedisys Home Health and trains under Cindy Schueman to one day take on the role of Executive Director at IMPACT Leadership of Putnam County, a program of which she is a 2021 alumna and returning class participant – when her schedule allows.

Rachel actively serves her community as a member of TACL, IMPACT Leadership of Putnam County, Helping Hands of Putnam County, and Upper Cumberland Child Advocacy Center boards of directors. She has been known to host a few donation drives of her own to benefit local schools and works annually with her peers at Amedisys to support Be a Santa to a Senior, a Home Instead program focused on providing isolated and impoverished seniors during Christmas.

Rachel knows that IMPACT Leadership is invaluable to the community and speaks firsthand of how empowering and enriching IMPACT Leadership programs can be.
