Margo Dirkson, MPSM

Margo is a dynamic leader with a strong background in public service and organizational management. Currently serving as the Department Coordinator for the Office of Access, Belonging, & Community Outreach at Tennessee Tech University, she has been instrumental in fostering leadership and diversity initiatives on campus.

Margo's commitment to leadership extends beyond her professional role, having held multiple leadership positions, including serving as National President for JCI USA and current facilitator for Impact Leadership of Cookeville. Her dedication to empowering others and promoting equity is not only a professional goal but a personal passion.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science from Tennessee State University, Masters in Public Service Management from Cumberland University, and she is JCI Facilitators Certified.
