Jessica Foley

Jessica Estrella Foley is a Vice President and manager for Truist Banks, Inc. Client Contact Center Account Support Team and is a successful, dedicated employee of 34 years. Her career with Truist started in Miami as an auditor. In 2003 Jessica relocated to Cookeville for a better quality of life for her family and transferring to the newly opened Call Center of SunTrust/Truist where she was responsible for Operations.

Her responsibilities over the years have included Auditing, Compliance, Internal Controls, Business Continuity and a Client Communications function. Ms. Foley now manages a group

which is responsible for handling back office support for client facing teams across multiple lines of business.

Jessica was a Tennessee Achieves Mentor for three years and is member of the inaugural I.M.P.A.C.T. Leadership class. She is now an officer with IMPACT Leadership.

Jessica has her bachelors in business administration from Florida International University and has completed her Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
